I have lost sales to a bug no dashboard was showing.
I built a store, ran ads, the traffic arrived — and nothing sold. The problem was in the last step: the delivery system was rejecting the buyer’s postcode at payment. They walked the entire funnel just to be turned away. That is why I now walk the whole purchase as a customer before handing over any store, and why this story is here rather than hidden.
How it works
Catalog and rules
We map the products, the variants, the payment methods and — above all — where you actually deliver. That is where most stores break.
Build
Store in Next.js, admin panel, payment and WhatsApp integration. You follow along in a test environment before it goes live.
A real purchase
Before publishing, I buy from your store as a customer would, from the first click to the confirmation. Only then does it go live.
We could not even update it anymore. A new site from scratch was the only way. Today we have the full catalog, the lyrics and, above all, the tour dates kept current.
Frequently asked questions
Why not use an off-the-shelf platform?
If an off-the-shelf platform solves it, use it — I will say so in the conversation. A custom store pays off when you want to stop paying a subscription and a commission per sale, when you need a rule the platform will not allow, or when mobile speed is costing you sales.
How many products can I add?
No limit imposed by me. The panel is yours and the cost does not grow per product.
What about monthly costs?
Hosting, at the volume of most small stores, carries no monthly cost. What does exist is the payment provider’s fee, charged by them and not by me.
How long does it take?
3 to 4 weeks, counted from the moment I have the catalog and the delivery and payment rules.
Selling online is not having a store live. It is having one that works all the way through.
Tell me what you sell and where you deliver. I come back with an objective proposal, with a defined scope and timeline.
