How do you arrive at the price?
From the scope, not from hours. After discovery you get a fixed price and timeline in writing. If the scope changes midway, the change is quoted separately and you decide before it happens.
Do I own the system?
Yes. The code is yours, hosted on your own account. You are not locked to me in order to keep operating.
Can it integrate with what I already use?
In most cases yes — if the current system offers a way in, I connect to it. That is one of the first things I check during discovery, before promising anything.
What is the timeline?
It depends on the scope, which is exactly why discovery comes first. The timeline lands in the proposal alongside the price, both fixed.
